5. Payment and Pricing

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Payment made but order not processed within 48 hours
• Duplicate payment for the same order
• Wrong product delivered due to our error
• Technical issues preventing delivery that cannot be resolved

No Refunds: Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Orders that have been successfully delivered
• Incorrect Player UID provided by the customer
• Change of mind after order placement
• Issues caused by third-party game providers

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team at support@kanxodai.com within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
